I offer basic notary services as well as PennDOT vehicle services (titles and registrations).

All fixed fees charged are based on state and PennDOT regulated pricing (I don't make the rules). Additional fees may be added for electronic and administrative services.

ALL payment types accepted. There is an additional 3.5% fee for electronic payments (credit/debit).
